Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN)

the diagnostics

Through FDN protocols, we use functional lab testing to uncover healing opportunities across your body’s systems. By examining multiple systems simultaneously, we gain a deeper understanding of dysfunction, guiding the next steps to address it effectively. For over 20 years, FDN-Ps have supported MDs and Naturopaths with diagnostic insights and nutrition-based solutions.

Our approach:

  • Analyzes comprehensive health data

  • Identifies hidden stressors and malfunctions

  • Creates targeted protocols based on objective measurements

  • Empowers you with a deeper understanding of your body’s patterns

Method

Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching (INHC)

the foundation

As certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches, we embrace bio-individuality—the understanding that each person’s path to health is unique. Guided by experts like Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Will Cole, and Dr. Zach Bush, we focus on the interconnectedness of nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset. Our approach simplifies overwhelming health information and helps you make meaningful changes, reducing the stress of ‘analysis paralysis.’

We explore:

  • Primary foods: relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality

  • Bio-individual nutrition approaches

  • Lifestyle modifications that support lasting change

  • Sustainable habit formation
